Regaining a new body shape with preservering your health and achieving new fitness levels
Do you think of achieving a new fitness level but are a little bit scared if this is possible without danger for your health? You know the easy ways to “lose” some fat and accentuate different parts of your shape, like liposuction, drugs or nutritional supplements? You have heard about steroids and wonder if it’s really possible to get defined without using them? Than this article is right for you. I for myself have always thought of the things mentioned above as interchanging one bad behaviour with another.
You know, the people who are telling you that losing weight and building your muscles is not possible with changes of your nutrition and daily exercise come from a $13 billion industry – that is a 13 with 9 zeros! They will tell you what great products they can offer you, but, come on: Do you think your body is made for taking supplements or even drugs or strange looking and tasting things? Stop taking these things and you will not regain your muscles but your old “fat” body shape, as fast as you can say “JoJo”.
So far we have looked at drugs and supplements as options for losing fat and regaining our natural shape. Here comes the next one: starvation diets. Nice words, huh? As long as I think about these diets, I don’t think they are an alternative. You know, I am mid-thirty and don’t want to spend the rest of my life with focussing on one-sided meals all day long. Additionally I really don’t know if these starvation diets are a commitment to health and fitness needs of my body. (more…)
